Uncraft Quartz Blocks

A simple datapack that allows you to uncraft quartz blocks, making quartz obtainable from villagers.

I made this datapack in order to make quartz obtainable before the nether opens on servers. This also makes quartz easier to obtain in general, which allows you to build with it more.
