JoinProtection

Added:

• LuckPerms Context support
  • joinprotection context can be true (player is protected) or false (player is not protected)
• PlaceholderAPI and MiniPlaceholders support
  • %joinprotection_status% / <joinprotection_status> : Protection status of the player

Changed:

• Improved cancel on move (won't trigger anymore if a mob/player pushes a protected player)
• Internal refactor & cleanup
• Update paper-api: 1.20-R0.1-SNAPSHOT -> 1.20.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
• Update gradle: 8.1.1 -> 8.4
