🌱 Rich Soil & Autumn Fixes

A small but very important update focused on fixing bugs, polishing systems and adding a new farming toy: compost & rich soil.

🌀 World & Seasons

• Autumn sapling bug fixed
  In Autumn, trees were dropping the wrong saplings depending on the biome tint.
  Now every tree correctly drops its own sapling again.

• Snow behavior improved

  • Fixed the weird effect where snow made it look like three biomes fused together in the same area.
  • Snow melting is now much faster and cleaner, leaving your paths and builds looking way better after a storm.

• Rain tuning
  Rain is now more controlled and tied to the Aeternum calendar days.
  Before it rained too often; now it feels more natural and random within the days that are allowed in the config.

🎣 Events & Gameplay

• Fishing event rework
  The fishing event has been adjusted to feel more rewarding:
  better luck, better loot and a more attractive experience for players who love fishing.

• Placeholder fixes
  Fixed strange characters showing up in:

  • %aeternum_event_active%
  • %aeternum_event_next%
    Both placeholders now display correctly with the plugin’s text system.

🌾 New Compost & Rich Soil

• The Wandering Cook’s Guide has a new page with a recipe to craft Raw Compost.
• Raw Compost is a damp mix of soil and scraps that you must soak near water for a couple of in-game days.
• After soaking, it transforms into Rich Farmland – a special soil that makes your crops grow faster thanks to the improved fertility.
• Place this fertile soil under your new crops to get the benefit and make your farms feel more alive and rewarding.

🌍 Localization

• Several translations have been refined, fixing small issues and making text feel more natural in supported languages.
