Added commands

/makelag progression skip <ticks> - Sets the tick of the progression to the passed in tick.
/makelag progression tickRate <rate> - Sets the tick rate, tick rate means that every normal tick, the progression tick will be incremented by the tick rate.

Moved commands

/makelag pause -> /makelag progression pause
/makelag resume -> /makelag progression resume

Other changes

The mod automatically loads the default progression on mod start.
