Mod's banner image. lots of dogs A fun (in development) mod that replaces the 9 wolf variants in vanilla with an infinite number of procedurally-generated, unique dogs to diversify your pets and make them more distinct. It currently only changes dogs, though should eventually also feature cat breeds as well.

Genetics!

An image showing a large dog and a small dog, and their child, a medium-sized dog with patterns inherited from both parents. When two dogs are bred together, their child will take traits and colours from the parents. This happens randomly, and may take more traits from one than the other. A small 'mutation' is also applied, maybe resulting in new traits and patterns.

Puppies!

A gif showcasing some of the changes to puppies. Namely, the inability to sit still for very long, slower movement speed and unopened eyes.. A single puppy sitting down. It is facing towards the camera, though its eyes are closed.

Puppies have recieved a few changes as well, as this stage is something I have always thought gets ignored. Dogs now stay as infants for ~14 in-game days, instead of the typical ~1. They also will be slow, defenseless, blind, and not able to follow their owner very well/at all.
